Hi, I’m Kevin Gibson — a product delivery and program management leader who bridges strategy, technology, and execution. My work lives at the intersection of vision and structure: I specialize in translating business goals into real-world products, scalable processes, and cross-functional alignment.
I didn’t start in product or tech — my career began in creative video production and digital advertising, where I learned how to build narratives, manage complex projects under pressure, and deliver results that resonate with real people. Working with agencies and media partners across the Southwest, I helped clients grow through smarter use of search, video, and digital campaign strategies. I quickly became known as a go-to collaborator — someone who could lead with data and bring creative ideas to life. That foundation sharpened my client-first mindset, my ability to adapt fast, and my love for performance metrics that actually matter.
As my career evolved, I shifted deeper into platform strategy, data operations, and technical execution. At Nexstar Digital, I managed a $90M annual revenue portfolio, led the implementation of reporting and OMS platforms, and helped teams across CTV, programmatic, and search improve performance and client value. This period taught me how to partner with data science, troubleshoot technical problems, and keep a strategic eye on delivery.
Currently, I serve as Associate Director of Program Management at Madison Logic, where I lead the execution of cross-functional programs and product launches. In this role, I’ve:
Launched the company’s most significant media products in years (Connected TV and Audio), generating over $1M in new revenue
Designed and delivered a ChatGPT-powered sales enablement tool, securing multiple paying customers within its first quarter
Integrated agentic AI into internal support systems, reducing resolution times by 20%
Built commercialization playbooks, training guides, pricing strategies, and stakeholder workflows to support organizational GTM alignment
Driven executive-level sign-off processes across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product
